1. Khanom Bueang (Thai Crepes)

This is a street snack easily found along the streets of Bangkok — Khanom bueang, also known as Thai crepes, is a popular street food made from rice flour and filled with coconut cream. Select between sweet and savory flavors like shredded coconut or foi thong (golden egg yolk threads).

2. Khao Neow Dam Sang Kaya

Start your day right with this little sweet humble treat wrapped in banana leaf. Khao Neow Dam Sang Kaya is a black sticky rice with sang kaya (custard) and a splash of coconut cream. Located across Sri Maha Mariamman Hindu Temple, this street food is a must try for those with sweet tooth!

3. Khanom Krok (Coconut Pancake)

Khanom Krok, a coconut pancake, is a dessert that can be found everywhere in Bangkok. Made in an iron cast pan, Khanom Krok is crispy on the outside but soft and custardy on the inside. This popular street food is a favorite of many especially for coconut-lovers.

4. Khai Nok Krata (Fried Quail Eggs)

Khai Nok Krata, also known as fried quail eggs, are as simple as it looks yet it’s well-loved by many locals and tourists. Slightly undercooked, and seasoned with salt and pepper, the yolk from these fried quail eggs explodes in your mouth the moment you bite into it.

5. Mango Sticky Rice

A traditional, classic Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango and coconut milk. Mango sticky rice is a classic favorite street food with locals and tourists alike.

Moo Ping, yet another common street food in Bangkok, is an addictive Thai grilled marinated pork. Get a dozen (or two) of Moo Ping when you see them along the streets — it’s hard to stop at one stick after sinking your teeth into these glorious charcoal grilled meat.
