A popular breakfast option in Hsinchu, Shu Ba Breakfast Shop provides customers the best of both worlds made into one — potato pancakes. Operating from 6am daily, Shu Ba Breakfast Shop offers various filling with their pancakes; the most unique of them all is the fried noodles.

Coming in either black pepper or ketchup flavour, the noodles are cooked al dente and sandwiched between a crisp potato pancake. The combination, albeit unusual, complements each other and are pretty explanatory for the buzz over Shu Ba Breakfast Shop.

Having first started out its business as a humble food truck, Wow Breakfast has since grew in popularity and is fast becoming a definite must-try in Hsinchu. Its menu options expanded with its success, and the eatery now offers a range of sandwiches and rice rolls to cater to its customers.
