How To Have An Awesome Halloween At Universal Studios Singapore

No, there won’t be Horror Nights at Universal Studios Singapore this year—but that doesn’t mean Halloween is completely canceled at the park.

Spooky revelers are still invited to spend the holiday at the world-famous amusement park for tricks, treats, and all sorts of festive fun—as well as a sweet Universal Studios Singapore ticket promotion! Delight in special Halloween events for kids and adults alike during September and October. Here are a few tips for an extra-fun time at Universal Studios Singapore during the most frightful time of the year.

Don a Spooky Costume (But Follow Park Regulations)

One of the elements of a perfect Halloween celebration is an eye-catching costume. Whether you’re going for cute, funny, or scary, show up at Universal Studios in full costume to make the most of the occasion! Are you drawing a blank on costume inspirations? Look to the park attractions for a bit of a boost, from the Minions to Jurassic Park to Dracula. Get the chance to win weekly prizes on Instagram with a photo of your spine-tingling look. Simply use the hashtag #HalloweenFunatRWS and tag @RWSentosa to be eligible for winning.

While creativity is a must for a successful Halloween costume, it’s also important to follow the park rules to ensure a safe and happy time for everybody. Universal Studios Singapore prohibits full-face masks and other headgear that covers the entire face, as well as props that resemble weapons and anything that may be harmful to other guests and park staff. Visit the official website for the complete costume guidelines.

Go Trick-or-Treating

There’s nothing that screams Halloween more than a round of trick-or-treating with family and friends. With a basket in hand and the promise of sweet candy from familiar characters, set off on a delicious journey along the Trail of Treats at Universal Studios. Meet childhood favorites like the Sesame Street gang and creepy monsters like Frankenstein in your sojourn around the park—and don’t forget to snap photos for Instagram!

Tip: keep an eye out for Candy Ambassadors wearing orange aprons or pumpkin hats. These ambassadors will be helping the characters hand out treats to park guests!

Sample Hallo-weird Snacks

Delight in the ghostly theme, from costumes to food! Gorging on your trick or treat candy may be tempting, but if you want something a little more substantial, there are plenty of food options at the park.

At Universal Studios, even the snacks are wonderfully frightful with exclusive Halloween-themed bites like the toothy Monster Burger at Mel’s Drive-In, zombie guts Rice From The Dead and eye-popping Eyeball Meatballs at Loui’s NY Pizza Parlor, and sinister chicken Wings of Darkness at Goldilocks. Fill up on these delicious foods before heading back out to enjoy the festivities and rides.
