When is the best time to visit Gardens by the Bay?
The Gardens are great to visit at any time of the year! Although Singapore has two monsoon seasons (December-March and June-September), the country enjoys a lot of sunlight throughout the year.
Now, you may have been told that the Gardens are best explored during the day, but if you come at night, there’s still so much to see! Watch the Gardens turn into a neon light paradise and marvel at the Supertrees as they illuminate the evening sky.

Getting There
Where is Gardens by the Bay located?
You can find Gardens by the Bay at 18 Marina Gardens Drive.
How do I get to Gardens by the Bay using public transport?
You can reach the Gardens by bus and MRT.
Via the Circle Line or Downtown Line
-Step down at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16).
-Take Exit B and pass through the underground linkway.
-Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay.
Via the East-West Line
-Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15).
-Take Exit C and head towards bus stop no. 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road.
-Hop onto bus 400 and alight at bus stop no. 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive.
Can I go on foot?
Due to its proximity to Marina Bay Sands, you may take a leisurely walk from there to the Gardens. Simply walk across the overhead bridge (Lions Bridge) at Marina Bay Sands Hotel, or take the underground linkway via Bayfront MRT Station (Exit B).
You may also start your walk from the Helix Bridge heading towards the Art and Science Museum. Just follow the footpath going to the underside of the East Coast Parkway (ECP). It will lead you directly into Bay South Garden along the waterfront.

What are the attractions of Gardens by the Bay?
There are four main attractions within the Gardens:
Flower Dome
The world’s largest glass greenhouse, the Flower Dome is home to nearly 30,000 plants of over 150 species displayed across nine stunning gardens inspired by five continents—Asia, Europe, South America, Australia, and Africa.

Cloud Forest
At 35 meters, the jaw-dropping indoor waterfall in the Cloud Forest is among the tallest in the world! Here, you will also find orchids, ferns, and pitcher plants, as you descend the misty Cloud Walk and Treetop Walk.

Supertree Grove and OCBC Skyway
Perhaps the most eye-catching attraction of Gardens by the Bay, the Supertree Grove is dotted with 12 of the Gardens’ 18 Supertrees. These iconic vertical gardens measure between 25 to 50 meters tall and are linked by a 22-meter high skyway. Stick around till evening for the enchanting light and sound display called Garden Rhapsody. The show takes place at 7:45 PM and 8:45 PM all year round.

You will find two counters in the Gardens:

The Visitor Service Centre, on the other hand, is located at The Canopy, opposite the main ticketing counter.
I brought kids along. What are their amenities for visitors with children?
Gardens by the Bay is an incredibly child-friendly site, so you need not worry about taking a trip here with your little ones. Strollers can be rented at the Information Counters and Visitor Service Centre for 2 SGD (1.50 USD) per day. There are also six nursing stations situated within the Gardens.
Are the elevated attractions wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the most part of the Gardens is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are also available for rent at 2 SGD (1.50 USD) per day at the Information Counters and at the Visitor Service Centre.
Do they have lockers, where I can leave my stuff as I explore the area?
You may rent an electronic locker for 16 hours at stations located in the Golden Garden, The Canopy, and Bayfront Plaza. Lockers come in different sizes and the prices range between 4 SGD (3 USD) to 10 SGD (7 USD).
I need cash. Where is the ATM located?
You can withdraw cash at the ATM situated at The Canopy.
Do they offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, the Gardens are equipped with Wi-Fi, but if you wish to stay connected for the entirety of your Singapore trip, it would be best for you to get a SIM Card that guarantees high-speed internet connection.
