1. Orchard Road
Start of with Orchard Road, a 2.2 kilometer stretch of malls and shops catering to every kind of consumer. Hailed as Singapore’s shopping hub, you can easily head to Paragon and ION Orchard for designer brands, or Far East Asia for cheap food and fashion. After a long day, hit up any of the bars and restaurants within the area.

2. City Plaza
For anyone looking for great bargains, City Plaza is a definite must-go. It’s one of Singapore’s oldest shopping malls, and boasts of five whole floors of fashion and food. Unlike Singapore’s other shopping hubs, City Plaza is one of the few places you can get quality second-hand clothes, as well as wholesale fashion, making it a go-to for man fashion retailers and bulk sellers. For anyone looking for fun and funky finds for that Instagram-perfect #ootd, look no further than Scape Underground. This shopping complez has a reputation for catering to students, making for trendy finds at student prices.

4. Bugis Street
Another major shopping hub that rivals (and for some, beats out) Orchard Road is Bugis Street. Closer to a night market than anything else, choose from over 600 bright, colorful shops across the small alleys that display any and every kind of product imaginable. 5. Haji Lane
With Singapore brimming with sky-high mall buildings, Haji Lane is sticks out like a sore thumb in the best way possible. Most people come here to shop and take photos, but Haji Lane is also a great place to grab some drinks!

Singapore’s Chinatown is an integral part of the city nation’s culture and history, and has become its own tourist attraction. The place is lively every day of the year, but for a truly great experience, hit up Chinatown during Chinese New Year.

Vivo City
You can’t talk about shopping in Singapore without VivoCity. As Singapore’s largest shopping mall, it’s a great spot to do all your last-minute shopping. If you’re on the lookout for brand names and international labels, this is the place to go. Apart from the luxury stalls and boutiques, VivoCity also hosts 15 cinema stores, an open-air play ground, a rooftop amphitheater, as well as its own art gallery.
